Developed by Sima Com, the project spans approximately 4,200 m² and integrates residential and commercial spaces within a modern architectural framework. For the façade solution, TRESPA panels were selected to ensure long-term durability, weather resistance, and consistent color stability. The material enhances the building's clean geometric design while providing a high-performance cladding system suitable for urban environments. Through precise façade detailing and the use of premium exterior materials, Sima Com delivers a balanced combination of functionality, aesthetic refinement, and structural reliability, contributing to the evolving skyline of Prishtinë.
