Project overview

Hotel Europa is a contemporary hospitality project located in Ferizaj, developed by Europa92. With a total façade surface of approximately 500 m², the project reflects a clean architectural concept defined by modern lines and refined detailing. For the exterior cladding solution, TRESPA panels were selected to ensure durability, resistance to weather conditions, and long-term color stability. Through the use of premium façade materials and precise execution, Hotel Europa achieves a balanced combination of functionality, aesthetic quality, and long-term sustainability, contributing to the modern development of the area.
