Project overview
Developed by Sima Com, the project spans approximately 2,700 m² and stands as a prominent addition to the rapidly growing tourism infrastructure of the region. For the façade solution, TRESPA panels were selected to ensure durability in demanding coastal conditions. Known for their resistance to UV exposure, humidity, and salt air, TRESPA materials provide long-term color stability and low maintenance performance — essential qualities for seaside hospitality projects. With its clean façade lines, balanced material composition, and premium exterior cladding, Hotel Shengjini combines aesthetic refinement with high technical standards, delivering a sustainable and visually distinctive architectural presence along the Adriatic coast.
